Manage Web Content

IMPORTANT:DO NOT COPY AND PASTE FROM WORD OR ANY OTHER WORD PROCESSING FORM INTO THE HTML EDITOR. HIDDEN CODE IN THESE PROGRAMS WILL PUT STRANGE HTML INTO YOUR WEBSITE AND GIVE YOUR SITE STRANGE RESULTS. Instead, copy your text from the word processing program into a text editor such as notepad, and THEN copy from the text editor into the web admin tool. If you know HTML, click the editor's HTML tab and work directly with the code.

It's easy to manage your website content online with our web admin tools. Simply click on the staff login link at the bottom of any page.

Next log in and click the "Page Updates" link in the left menu.

Select the page you wish to update by clicking on the "UPDATE" link next to the page name.

Make your changes in the form and hit submit.

Fill Out Form

Form Fields:

  • Meta Tag Title: The title of the page for search engines to use to index your site.
  • Meta Tag Description: The description of the page for search engines to use to index your site.
  • Meta Tag Key Words: The keywords for the page for search engines to use to index your site.
  • Other Content for the <HEAD> tag: Optional code from google or adwords.
  • Main Body Title Content: The visible title for the first content section.
  • Main Body Content: The visible content for the first content section.
  • Bottom Title Content: The visible title for the second content section.
  • Bottom Content: The visible content for the second content section.


The Editor

The blue text editor begins in design mode. When you type in text, it automatically adds HTML for you behind the scenes. This is why you should not copy and paste directly from a word processing program into the editor. Word processing programs have their own HTML imbedded int the text you see. When you paste from a word processing program, the HTML comes along with it.

If ytou like using a word processing program for spell check, go ahead, but copy your edited text into a text editor, such as notepad, before pasting into the editor. Copy the text from notepad directly into the editor.

Adding Images

You can add images with the web admin tool as well. The image must be a live image. Click on the upper right link to upload an image on any page update form. Follow the steps to upload an image.

Browse for an image on your computer.

Copy the link you are given after uploading your image,

and use it in the HTML editor.
